Digital Access & Weather-Related Interruptions: Student Support & Flexibility

Students should not be penalized for failing to engage in online course-related activities when disruptions occur beyond their control. In such cases, faculty will provide reasonable accommodations, including:
- Make-up opportunities for missed coursework
- Extended deadlines for assignments
- Rescheduled exams when necessary
- Access to recorded or asynchronous course materials to stay on track
What Students Should Do:
Students who are unable to participate in online coursework due to weather or digital access issues, are expected to communicate with their instructor as early as possible to discuss alternative arrangements.
